AP and T governments find New issue to fight

If seen the way AP and Telangana governments are crossing swords with each other, they appears will never be able to co-ordinate with on any issue emerging out of bifurcation. Each other day find one issue or the other to cross swords. Though AP government is willing to sit for negotiations, Telangana Government is very much reluctant and always seen aggressive towards AP government, probably because of their strained relations as political parties. The latest issue they picks up is sharing of common revenue. The revenue generated from VAT, excise, stamps and registrations for the years of 2013-14 that ends with 2014 March 31 was Rs.72,443 crore. The revenue earned from April 2014 to June 2nd is approx. Rs.6 000 crore. All this cash is lying in AP government account in Reserve Bank of India. Hence, naturally AP government has some upper hand over Telangana in this regard. According to AP state reorganization Act 2014, the cash balnaces and public account held with RBI and SBI shall be apportioned between the successor governments of AP and Telangana states on the basis of population ratio, which is 58:42. So, Telangana government is demanding for its due share in this revenue, but AP government is arguing that before sharing the revenue, the expenditure is also to be taken into account. It also argues that since AP has lost Hyderabad to Telangana, all the amount should be given to AP state only. However, Telangana Government also has its own kind of arguments. It argues that since major revenue was from Hyderabad only, 75 percent of the amount should be handed over to Telangana. Finance Ministers of both governments are crossing swords over this issue and once again ready to knock Centre’s doors for justice.

Some Myths about Cleaning Rivers Cleared

This is a welcome initiative. The reasons why earlier initiatives have failed is simply because there is no clarity on what is meant by CLEAN water. A healthy river water emits a glowing AURA in a Kirlian photograph.  It also has the capacity to heal chemical toxicity & bio-hazard when CARBON ( FOOD) is added into the river. The public need to consider that E COLI which is touted as the critical norm for river pollution is misplaced, for they create VITAMINS, heal toxicity.  The CHLORINE industry supported by W.H.O. touts this norm about E COLI. It is simple to evaluate good quality water. 1. Temple copper ( 99.9 % pure ) when polished with TAMRIND & LEMON, will not corrode in good water.  2. Stainless steel vessels in which good water is stored does not develop SLIME on its surface in 24-48 hours  3. Good water when kept in a bucket for 15 days will not breed biting mosquito. 4.Contrary to popular belief, human & animal excreta do not pollute rivers, but contribute to its cleansing, by offering CARBON ( not plastic bags ). 5.The root cause of damage to the self healing property of rivers are manmade chemicals from industry & salts from effluent treatment plants. Even toasted dead bodies released in VARANASI do not pollute, but cleanse the water by offering CARBON ( FOOD ) 6.The AARTI offered in the evenings to the GANGA & the release of floating lamps at VARANASI offer CARBON DIOXIDE which cracks NITRATES. Cultural practices are sound. 7.Primitive Western Modern Science should stay out of our affairs, and Academic Mafia should shut up. All rivers in INDIA, all lakes, all ponds, all wells and lagoons, can be ecologically cleansed with a small donation of INR 50 ( FIFTY ) per man, woman and child, pet animal & farm animal,   INDIA has simply advanced Eco Technology to deliver itself from accumulated toxicity of centuries. Industry can take the lead by practicing 100% recycle of its discharge waters & clean its fuel so the air is not polluted, as it impacts rain water quality. Leakages of materials & energy can be turned into profit. All "fossil fuel" such as Petrol, diesel, Kerosene ( including that used for aircraft ), must be ecologically cleansed before use. So also C.N.G. & L.P.G. The benefit is twofold, with cessation of pollution and increased fuel efficiency, which gives multiple times the investment in Eco solutions. Chemical fertilizer & pesticides must be banned for use on farms, and in any form in cities. The indiscriminate use of a military science called ALLOPATHY must be restricted to its domain. The problem began when we thought we are cleverer than NATURE.

AP and T governments find new issue to fight

The tussle between Andhra and Telangana governments is intensifying day by day over some issue or the other. However, neither of the governments has taken any initiative to sort out their differences. After fees reimbursement, PPAs termination, sharing of Krishna waters now adds a new issue to that list. It is Governor’s role in policing in combined capital of Hyderabad.   Narasimhan, who is acting as Governor for both states is actually is responsible for maintaining law and order situation in Hyderabad. It was also clearly mentioned in the bifurcation bill passed by the previous government. However, soon after KCR takes charge as Telangana Chief Ministers, he is making several reforms in the police department, including Capital Hyderabad, without consulting Governor Narasimhan. So, Governor wrote a letter to Centre asking to explain about his role in policing in Hyderabad.   Therefore, Centre sent a circular to Telangana government on Sunday stating he will be the in-charge of policing in Hyderabad. Telangana Chief Minister KCR, who had a meeting with his party MPs today, asked them to oppose Centre’s decision in Parliament sessions that begins from tomorrow.   However, Andhra Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu thinks otherwise. He wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealing to entrust full powers with Governor and let both states have their police under his control in Hyderabad area. It is learnt that Centre is also of same view of Chandrababu. Hence, Governor’s role in Hyderabad policing is latest issue to cross swords by both states.
