Did Harikrishna dropped Bus Yatra?

  Today, Harikrishna is supposed to start his Chaitnaya Yatra from Nimmakooru in support of Samaikyandhra. However, he seems to be postponed it because of internal pressures from TDP. But, he said soon he will definitely start his tour.   Speaking to media, he sharply criticized KE Krishna Murthy, who has criticized him for resigning to his Rajya Sabha membership and for planning ‘Chaitanya Yatra’ against party wish. He said KE has threatens to leave the party and join YSR Congress, if he was not given PAC Chairman Post. Such person is talking on behalf of party. He should be ashamed of himself. I have told the party leadership not to make poll alliance with TRS during last elections, but there were no takers for my suggestions. I always prefer Samaikyandhra.”   If, TDP could make Harikrishna drop his tour plan, it may ease some pressure on it, or else his tour is going to offer a weapon to its rival parties.

Chandrababu 1st day tour went peacefully

  Chandrababu Naidu has begun his Atma Gourava Yatra from Pondugala village in Guntur district as per schedule today. Though, the party expects problems from Samaikyandhra activists, the 1st day of his bus yatra went peacefully without any problems. He is confined to describe the people how his government has developed the state and how the Congress has ruined it. He aimed his guns on TRS, Congress and YSR Congress parties.   Speaking to huge crowds he said “Congress has brought this miserable situation to state merely to retain power in the forthcoming elections. For this it is negotiating with TRS and Jagan Mohan Reddy. It is luring TRS with packages and Jagan with bail. It somehow wants to strike a deal with both these parties for an elections alliance or merger. I am sure both these parties are going to merge with Congress party sooner or later. Congress is planning eliminate TDP from elections by joining hands with KCR and Jagan Mohan Reddy. But, it should aware that people are ready to teach them all a good lesson in the elections.”   “Congress party has ruined the state that is once recognized as No.1 state in the country in all aspects. Congress has rolled back the state during its 9 years ruling. The development taken place during my regime has been wasted with the Congress ruling. There is no peace and development during the 9 years ruling of Congress party. If, people vote for TRS or YSR Congress party, it will automatically credit into Congress account and the state will have the same Congress government that made the people’s lives miserable. So, I appeal the people to elect us to bring the state to normalcy,” said Chandrababu.

Can Chandrababu convince the people

  TDP president Chandrababu Naidu is beginning his five-day bus yatra from Pondugala in Guntur district today. Unlike the favorable situation that he enjoyed during his padayatra conducted few months ago, he is boldly starting this tour at the peak of Samaikyandhra agitations. Although, he is warned by his party and some leaders of the agitations not to begin the tour in the prevailing tense situation, he is determined to go ahead with his tour. After paying tributes at NTR Ghat at Hyderabad, he left for Guntur today morning.   He is quite confident that he can convince the agitating people with his arguments over bifurcation. Senior leader of the party and veteran actor Murali Mohan has recently stated that there is no question of taking back the letter given by the party favoring division of the state. So, the first and only one question that people are going to ask Chandrababu during his tour would be, does he wants the state to be united or divided. Unless, he gives a straight answer to them, he is going to be troubled.   Chandrababu, in his recent interview given to news channels has stated that, state can be divided but only after the Center addresses all the issues raised by Seemandhra people. He said it is the Congress, which creates all these problems has to take responsibility in resolving them. He opined the Congress government should take initiative and summon a meeting between leaders of both regions and find an amicable solution to this problem. Chandrababu said that he will explain the people about the Congress and TRS roles in creating the present miserable situation for the state.   If, he could convince the people with his arguments, then his party is going to impact the state politics, otherwise it may leave adverse effects on his party.

First verdict in Nirbhaya case announced

  The Juvenile Justice Board is first to deliver verdict in the December 16th Nirbhaya case. The board has found the juvenile guilt in rape and murder case of the 23 year old medico and also for robbing a carpenter Ramdhar, just before he assaulted the medico.The Juvenile board presided by Principle Magistrate Geetanjalli Goel has given him 3 years jail term, which is a maximum punishment that can be awarded under juvenile act.    While his mother condemns the verdict, the brother of Nirbhaya, who opined the punishment is not enough said he will appeal in the court. Cases against rest of the culprits involved in this gruesome act are still continuing even after a year.

Jagan Mohan Reddy shifted to NIMS hospital

  Jagan Mohan Reddy has been shifted to NIMS hospital on yesterday night around 11.45. He was given room No: 130 in the special ward. When doctors have tried to give him fluids, he is said to be objected, though his health condition is deteriorating. Thousands of his party workers and leaders across the state have been conducting indefinite hunger strike expressing their solidarity to him.

CBI court rejects Jagan Mohan Reddy’s memo

  The separate memos filed by Jagan Mohan Reddy and his wife Bharathi appealing the CBI court to allow Bharathi and Vijayamma to accompany Jagan Mohan Reddy during his stay in hospital has been rejected by the court. Vijayamma and the party Polit bureau members have written a letter to Jagan Mohan Reddy appealing him to discontinue his hunger strike for the sake of state and the people. However, he is said to be refused to discontinue his hunger strike.

Is YSRCP planning to trouble Chandrababu Yatra?

  TDP leader Payyavula Keshav is expecting troubles for proposed Chandrababu bus yatra from YSR Congress party cadres. He said “Both Congress and YSRCP are waiting to create troubles for Chandrababu. So, I suggest him not to begin the tour.”   Payyavula Keshav is expecting troubles in wake of YSRCP and Congress parties’ propaganda against Chandrababu over the consent letter given for creation of Telangana. Payyavula expects both the parties may provoke their cadres to disrupt Chandrababu’s bus yatra.

YSRCP appeals to Jagan Mohan Reddy

  Jagan Mohan Reddy’s health condition is deteriorating as he is still continuing hunger strike for the sixth day, even after he was shifted to Osmania Hospital. Hence, his mother Vijayamma and party political affairs committee has appealed him to discontinue his hunger strike for the sake of people of the state. In an open letter written to him, Vijayamma and the Polit Bureau members have appealed him to discontinue his hunger strike as his life is very important to party, people and family members. The people across the state are very much worried about his health condition and they want him immediately discontinue his hunger strike, the members writes to Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Is Kiran Kumar warning his high command

  CM Kiran Kumar Reddy, who has been firmly opposing bifurcation of the state, has remained silent after openly criticizing party high command’s decision few weeks ago. It creates havoc in the party and got mixed response from leaders of both regions.   However, high command has not taken any action against him, instead party state political in-charge Digvijay Singh has stated that there is nothing wrong in his statement. Probably, Congress high command doesn’t want to cross swords with him fearing it may lead to fall of the state government or provoke Seemandhra leaders of the party, who are opposing its decision.   Yesterday, once again CM Kiran Kumar Reddy has voiced his concern over bifurcation during a function held at Ravindra Bharathi. He said “People will give holiday to those parties and governments that do not reflect their ambitions. It is wrong to think that parties and governments will take decisions and people have to carry on with them. Either governments or political parties have to act according to their wishes and demands and should not take them for granted. If takes, they will send-off such governments and political parties. I wish the government will realize and react to the demands of Telugu people. I pray Telugu Talli to give enough wisdom to the government for taking an appropriate decision.”   This latest warning of Kiran Kumar Reddy to his high command may again draw sharp criticism from his Telangana colleagues and backed by Seemandhra leaders, but the question is, being a CM of the state can he oppose the high command’s decision? Can he argue in favour of a particular region or people, where as he is supposed represent all the people of entire state ? Can he continue in his chair, when he doesn’t want to co-operate with union government’s decision? Hope Kiran Kumar Reddy will soon come out with his action plan.

రూపాయి! రూపాయి! ఎందుకు పడిపోతున్నావ్?

    ......రమ     అప్పుడెప్పుడో అప్పటి అమెరికా ప్రెసిడెంటు భారతీయులు తెగ తినేస్తున్నారు... అందుకే ఆహార కొరత ఏర్పడి౦ది అంటే మనం గింజుకున్నాం... అంత మాటంటాడా అని అ పెద్దమనిషి మీద కారాలు, మిరియాలు నూరాం. కాని కొన్ని నిజాలు తెలుసుకుంటే నిజమే సుమీ! మనకి కాస్త తిండియావ ఎక్కువే... అనుకున్నాం కాని మరీ ఇంత అనుకోలేదు అని మన ముక్కులమీదే కాదు ఎదుటివాడి ముక్కుమీద కూడా వేలు వేసి మరీ ఆశ్చర్యపోతాం... వివరంగా చెప్పాలంటే రోజుకో ఆపిల్‌ తింటే ఆరోగ్యానికి మంచిదన్నారు కదా అని ఏకంగా పదకొండు వందల ఏభైరెండు కోట్ల రూపాయల ఆపిల్స్‌ని తినిపడేసారు... మంచిదేగా అంటారా? ఆ డబ్బు చేరింది మన దేశ రైతులకి కాదు విదేశీయులకి, డాలర్స్‌గా మారి చేరిపోయింది. మన సిమ్లా ఆపిల్స్‌.. పనికిరావని.. విదేశాల నుంచి గుట్టలుగుట్టలు అపిల్స్‌ని దిగుమతి చేసుకుని తిని పడేసారు... ఇండియాలో పండిన పండు తింటే స్టేటస్‌కి సరిపడదనేమో అమెరికా ఆపిల్సు, ఆస్ట్రేలియా అరంజస్‌.. వీటితో పాటు ఓ పక్క గిట్టుబాటుధర రాక మన రైతులు ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకుంటుంటే జీడిపప్పు లాంటివి కూడా దిగుమతి చేసేస్తున్నారు.. అక్షరాల 5వేల కోట్లకిపైగా విదేశీ మారకద్రవ్యాన్ని ఖర్చు చేసిమరీ... ఇలా మన ‘పెద్దల’ ప్రభుత్వం... ఆ పెద్దలకి విదేశీపళ్ళన్ని బంగారు పళ్ళెంలో పెట్టి మరీ అందిస్తూ... సామాన్యుడి నోటికి నాలుగు ముద్దలు కూడా చేరకుండా చేస్తోంది. ఆ పెద్దల తిండియావ ఎంతంటే 40 రూపాయల డాలర్‌ 65కి చేరిపోయేంత..    ఇవి చాలవన్నట్టు.. ఎవరికైనా మందుతో కొనటమెలాగో తెలిసిన మన ప్రభుత్వం విదేశీ ముద్యంకోసం 1150 కోట్లకి పైగా ఖర్చు చేసింది. ఖరీదైన తాగుబోతుల సౌకర్యార్దం ప్రభుత్వం అందిస్తున్న ఈ సదావకాశాన్ని పూర్తిగా సద్వినియోగ పరుచుకుంటూ కడుపునిండా తాగెస్తున్నారు బడాబాబులు. ఇలాంటి తిండి, తాగుడు... బడాబాబుల స్టేటస్‌కి తగ్గట్టు అందించటానికి సామాన్యుడిని బలి చేస్తోంది ప్రభుత్వం. ఇవన్నీ ఒక ఎత్తైతే కళ్ళద్దాలు, టీవిలు, వాచీలు, కారులు, ఫోన్లు... ఇలా ఒకటా రెండా ‘ఫారిన్‌’ పేరుని గొప్పలు చెప్పుకోటానికి లక్షల కోట్లు... బయటకి పంపిచెస్తూ సామాన్యుడిని ధరల కొరడాతో బాదెస్తోంది. బలిసిన వారి ఆకలి బక్కచిక్కిన వారి కడుపు కోడుతోంది. కొందరి విదేశీమోజు కోట్ల భారతీయులని ఆర్థిక సంక్షోభంలోకి నెట్టిస్తోంది. కర్ణుడి చావుకి వంద కారణాలు అన్నట్టు..రూపాయి విలువ పడిపోవటానికి ఈ దిగుమతులూ ఓ కారణం.  మన వల్ల కానట్టు మనకి చేత కాదన్నట్టు దిగుమతులకి అనుమతులు ఇచ్చేసి చేతులు దులుపుకుని.. హాయిగా సామాన్యుడి కష్టాలని... చూస్తూ ఆనందిస్తున్న మన ప్రభుత్వం...సంక్షేమ ప్రభుత్వమెలా అవుతుంది? పేదవాడి ప్రభుత్వమని ఎలా అంటారు...మన రైతుని బలవంతంగా చంపెస్తున్నారు... మన చిరువ్యాపారి ఊపిరి తీసెస్తున్నారు. మన పరిశ్రమలని మూసెస్తున్నారు. కేవలం బడాబాబుల సంక్షేమ ప్రభుత్వ మిది..    జయహో కాంగ్రెస్‌ జయహో మన్మోహన్‌ జయహో చిదంబరం

Seemandhra Cong. Leaders for graceful exit?

  Congress high command seems very confident about change in Seemandhra leaders’ attitude towards bifurcation. There are strong reasons for its belief. Revenue Minister Raghuveera Reddy, Finance Minister Anam Rami Narayana Reddy and few others, who met party state political in-charge Digvijay Singh recently has asked him, if the party couldn’t revoke its decision, at least they must be provided an opportunity to voice their concerns in the Assembly during the proposed debate on the Telangana bill.   They have asked him not to issue whip, while holding voting on the bill. They believe it will enable them voice their concerns in the house, so as they can convince the people that they have fought with the party against the bill until last minute. Their appeal is an indication that they are in withdrawing mode and ready to fall in line with party, if they are shown a graceful exit on this issue. However, Congress high command is well aware of the consequences of not issuing a whip during voting of such crucial bill. The Seemandhra leaders, who is opposing the party decision by tooth and nail may defeat the bill using their cumulative force.   So, considering all these factors, Congress high command is planning for a “via media solution” in the house, in which the members representing both regions can make their arguments and at the end the Speaker will announce adjourn sine die of the house. This will provide Seemandhra leaders a graceful exit from the issue and at the same time the mandatory discussion on the bill is also ensured. The Central government is just needed a formal bill to take forward the bifurcation process. It has already made it clear it doesn’t mind whether the assembly approve the bill or not. So, the high command may opt this choice only to sooth its Seemandhra leaders.

Jagan Deeksha likely to be disrupted today

  It is 5th day for Jagan Mohan Reddy’s indefinite hunger strike continuing in Chanchalguda jail protesting bifurcation of the state. Jail officials have been releasing regular medical bulletins over his health condition. According to latest reports, his glucose levels are falling down as he has not taken food since last four days. Doctors have suggested him for discontinuing fasting but he refused. So, they may recommend the jail officials to shift him to hospital without further delay. Jail officials have reported the matter to CBI court yesterday. According to reports, they are planning to disrupt his hunger strike on Thursday evening. He may be shifted to medical facility provided inside the jail premises.

Terrorists Batkal, Tabreez arrested

  The most wanted terrorists Yasin Batkal and Tabriz were arrested by National Investigating Agency (NIA) at Indo Nepal boarder. Home Ministere Sushil Kumar Shinde has confirmed this news. NIA nabbed them on a tip off given by another terrorist Abdul Kareem alias ‘Thunda,’ who is presently in NIA custody.   Yasin Batkal is founder of Indian Mujahedeen terror outfit. He and his brother have been indulged in terror activities since last five years. Batkal is involved in bomb blasts in Delhi, Ahmadabad, Surat, Pune, Nagpur, Kolkata, Bangalore and by latest in Dilshuk Nagar. He carries Rs.10 lakhs prize money on his head. He was arrested in a fake currency case in West Bengal during 2010, but was released on bail. Ever since, he intensifies his terror activities in the country. Finally, he was nabbed by NIA recently.   Batkal hails from Batkal village in North Karnataka. Currently, he is under Bihar police custody. Police are  shifting him to New Delhi amid tight security.

Can Chandrababu set the party back on to track

  The bifurcation decision taken by Center has triggered Samaikyandhra agitations. However, the decision boomerangs at Congress party as its leaders including CM revolt against it. YSR Congress has to put its political wing of Telangana at stake to overcome the problems. However, TDP is the worst hit in this whole affair. Though, somehow it has managed to overcome the pressures from Telangana agitations, it is clueless on how to deal with these agitations without losing in both regions.   While, Congress and TRS combo can put TDP at bay in Telangana, YSRCP which is spearheading with Samaikyandhra agitations is not leaving room for TDP in Seemandhra region. Further, the Congress and YSR Congress parties’ propaganda against TDP over giving consent letter for bifurcation has created a dark patch on TDP image.   Obviously, Chandrababu Naidu is very much worried with these negative developments because hardly there are seven months left for general elections. So, despite objections from his party leaders, he is planning to tour across Seemandhra region from Dachepalli in Guntur district from September 1st onwards.   He is planning to describe the people about the circumstances that obliged his party to give consent letter for bifurcation and to throw the ball into his rival parties’ court. He is aware that unless he wipe-off this bad remark tagged to his party, his party can make any impact in Seemandhra region. However, he must be come prepared to face the ire of the people before he could make any progress in his attempts.

T-Congress ministers reminders to high command

  After a long interval, today the T-Congress ministers have returned to action. They have met at Minister Geeta Reddy’s residence today and discussed the prevailing political situation in the state. They have decided to conduct a wide campaign all over Telangana region thanking their Chief Sonia Gandhi for granting statehood to Telangana.   Ever since, Congress high command declares separate state announcement, the T-Congress leaders seem to be washed-off their hands over the issue, where as they are expected to be claim the full credit of achieving Telangana state for themselves. Their absence and ignorance has given scope to TRS to claim the credit. Finally they seems to be realized the damage happens and taking corrective measures.   Probably, they also want to remind their high command about its commitment on Telangana state formation and want to put pressure on it with their thanks giving programs.

HRC orders police file case against Ram Charan Tej

  HRC has ordered the Banjara police to file a case against actor Ram Charan Tej, and his father Chiranjeevi’s secretary and body guards under sections 120(B), 325 and 306 for attacking two software engineers in a public brawl that takes place in Hyderabad few months ago.   Though there is photographic evidence of the incident, Ram Charan Tej has denied of playing any role in the attack and argued that the photos published in media were morphed ones. The software engineers have not lodged any complaint against Ram Charan Tej knowing that it is highly impossible to bring him to book because of his powerful background.   However, Mr. Saleem, a lawyer has filed a petition in HRC soon after the incident happens. After hearing his arguments, today the HRC has ordered the Banjara Hills police to file cases against Ram Charan Tej, his father’s secretary and the two body guards.
