You may not believe. But here is the latest crime in the cyber world. In Delhi, a machine has been installed at the HDFC bank ATM. The culprits has thus gathered all the details of the ATM cards inserted in the machine. Duplicate ATM cards were made with the details gathered. Then they waited patiently for the first week of the month to get the salaries deposited in respective accounts... and withdrawn most of the amount. Though the HDFC bank has promised to repay the money lost by the customers, there is a fear among the country that such crimes could be repeated at any place and anyone could be the victim.

    Aadhar for IPL tickets

We’ve heard of Aadhaar for Tirupati Darshan; we’ve heard of aadhar for nursery kids... now behold! You need Aadhaar even to watch an IPL match. Aadhaar number has been made mandatory to book for IPL matches online. Though the organisers assure us that our numbers won’t be shared by anyone... the numbers produced by the customers won’t be checked biometrically at the stadiums. Which means that you can book the tickets using the aadhaar number of any one in the country. Ironically, the rule of Aadhaar for IPL tickets comes into limelight at the time when Supreme Court is chiding the centre for making it compulsory to obtain mobile connections.

    Castration for rapists

It might look that the media is highlighting the issues of minor rape cases. Now a plea has been made by a group of female lawyers of Supreme Court (SC) seeking chemical castration as a deterrent punishment. The plea has been forwarded to the women and child development ministry by the PMO. Few countries like Australia and Indonesia has already been implementing chemical castration for the rapists. And if the government of India accepts the plea, it could add some teeth to the law in preventing such cases.

One keeps wondering... how could a technical expert like Bill Gates, back the vulnerable database of Aadhar? Any hidden agenda!

The prestigious national awards were attended by only handful of recipients. 70 winners out of 131 have boycotted the function protesting the decision made by Information and Broadcast Ministry.       After Bill Clinton, it seems to be the turn of Trump to get involved in a sex scandal. It seems that his lawyer has paid 130,000 dollars to the porn star about an alleged sexual encounter in 2006 between her and Trump. Now that Trump has admitted his payment, it could not be an easy task for him to contest the presidential elections for the second term.

Till recently, the elections in Karnataka were termed as battle between congress and BJP. Surprisingly, Deve Gowda`s Janata Dal began to take firm chances in many segments. Opinion polls began to suggest some seats in the bag of Janata Dal making it a deciding factor in forming the government. Fears began to rise in both congress and BJP that Janata Dal could either take away their chances of victory or spoil them. As the rumours began to tour regarding a secret alliance between BJP and JD... the chief ministerial candidate of JD Mr. Kumara Swamy has vehemently denied that there would be alliance with either congress or BJP. Delhi – most polluted city in the world

India might boast itself to be the largest democratic country in the world, but our capital has too many hash tags that are offensive. According to the date compiled by World Health Organisation (WHO) for cities with population of more than 14 million, Delhi stood first and Mumbai got the fourth place. Cairo (Egypt) got the second place and Dhaka (Bangladesh) was placed at the third position. Delhi has been consistently placed in the first position of polluted cities despite the pompous claims made by the governments on curbing the pollution in the city. The data is analysed on the basis of PM10 levels of pollution in the air. While the safety limit of such level is 60, Delhi has recorded an astounding 292 PM level.

Tripura CM seems to be on roll of controversies. After his bizarre comments about internet during Mahabharata and Diana Hayden... he probably got frustrated with the response he received. So this time, he tried to throw some fire balls at his critics. ``If someone pokes, or interferes (in my work) his nail should be chopped off. No one can touch my government,’’ said Biplab in a recent meeting. Now that Prime Minister Modi himself has summoned Biplab on his controversies, hope there would be an end to such comments.

River Yamuna which used to flow nearby the monument has also dried up resulting in soaring temperatures that could destroy the delicate structure.
