Finally, BJP President Amit Shah’s visit to AP and Telangana states has been finalized. He will be coming on a two-day visit to Hyderabad on January 7th. During his visit he will spare one day each to both states. He will meet the party leaders of AP and Telangana states during this visit and review the party situation. Some senior Congress leaders and former Congress leaders are expected to join the BJP during his visit.

 

The timing of his visit to Hyderabad is considered to be very significant as GHMC elections are round the corner. He may finalize the party decision whether to contest the elections separately or to sail along with alliance partner TDP. If, he wants to sail along with TDP, then he will meet the AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu without fail otherwise he may skip him during this visit. However, it would be very embarrassing for both to have a meeting after inducting any Congress leaders into BJP.

 

Amit Shah may also like to meet Janasena President Pawan Kalyan to seek his support to the party for facing the GHMC elections, because his influence on the Andhra people settled in the city can’t be ignored. So, Amit Shah’s visit and its timing should be considered to be very significant.
