    ఆ అమ్మాయి మనస్తత్వం ఏమిటో, ఆమెపై మోపిన అభియోగాన్ని ఎటువైపు లాక్కెళుతోందో అర్ధంకాక ఒక్కక్షణం న్యాయమూర్తులిద్దరూ ఒకరి కేసి ఒకరు చూసుకొన్నారు.

     A Man is said to commit "Rape" Who, Except in the case, here in after excepted, has Sexual intercourse with a women under circumstances falling under any of the six following Descriptions.
   
    FIRST : Against Her Will.
   
    SECONDLY ; Without Her consent.
   
    THIRDLY : With Her consent, When her consent has been obtained by putting or any person in whom she is interested in fear of death, or of Hurt.   
   
    Four HLY ; With Her consent when the man knows that He is not her Husb and that Her consent is given because she believes that He is another Man to Whom she is or believes Herself to be Lawfull married.
   
    FiFTHLY ; With Her consent, when, at the time of giving such colsent, by reason of unsoundness of mind or intoxcation or the administration by Him personally or through another of any stupefying or un whole some substance, she is unable to understand the nature and cousequences of that to which she gives consent.
   
    SIXTHLY : With or without Her consent, whom she is under sixteen years of  Age.
   
    EXPLANATION - pentration is sufficient to constitute the sexual intercouse necessary to the offenced of Rape.
   
    EXCEPTION - Sexual intercourse by a Man with His own wife, the wife not being under (Fifteen) years of age, is not rape.....

    అర్ధం చేసుకునే ప్రయత్నంలో నిమగ్నమైనట్లు కనిపించింది మాయాదేవి. అప్పటికి ఆ కేసు కోసం కేటాయించిన సమయం అయిపోవడంతో కేసును వాయిదా వేస్తున్నట్లు ప్రకటించి సీట్లోంచి లేచి నిల్చున్నారు జస్టిస్ ప్రమీలారాణి.
   
    తన కేసు విషయంలో అంగుళం కూడా ముందుకు జరగకపోవడంతో అసంతృప్తిగా ఫీలయ్యాడు మనోహర్.

    క్యూబిన్స్ లా పార్టిషన్ చేసిన గదులు ఆ హాల్లో ఓ యాభయ్ దాకా వున్నాయి. వాటి మధ్యలో పొడవైన దారి. ఆ దారికి అటు, ఇటూ ఇండోర్ ప్లాంట్స్ కుండీలు.....సెల్యూట్ చేసే సైనికుల్లా....
   
    ఆ దారి నేరుగా చైర్ పర్సన్ సూట్ కేసి దారితీస్తుంది.
