Paneer Puri

 

  1. Grind ginger, garlic & chili to a fine paste.
  2. Smooth paneer with palm and mix every thing in atta to make a hard dough for puri.
  3. Keep aside for 20 min, make small balls and roll it round with the help of a rolling pin, and deep fry them.
  4. Serve hot with potato curry.
