Nawabi Vegetable Moti Pulav
Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 grams
Garam masala -1 tsp
Boiled potato - 1
Ghee - 2-3 tbs
Chilli powder - 1 tsp or as like
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom - 2-3
Cloves - 4-5
Bay leaves - 2
Basmati rice - 2 cup half Cooked
Mixed Vegetables - capsicum, tomato, potato,carrot
Roasted cashew nuts
Salt according to taste
Bread crumbs or corn flour
Lemon juice 2 spoon
Oil to fry
Method :--
First in a bowl, crumble paneer, add mashed potatoes, bread crumb,or corn flour salt and garam masala powder. Mix all well and make small balls resembling small pearls and deep fry them. For rice heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom, cloves and bay leaves let it splutter. To this add chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Saute for a minute and add cooked rice in it, and add 2 spoon lemon juice. Combine Moti with Rice and keep it covered for 5-10 mins. Garnish with some roasted cashew nuts and shallow fried vegetables and your Navabi vegetable Moti Pulav is ready. Enjoy with raita of your choice.
