Mutton Kheema Curry Recipe

 

 

Ingredients :

* 250 gms mutton kheema

* 2 medium sized onions

* 2 medium sized tomotos

* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

* 2 green chilli

* 1 tsp cumin seeds

* 1 tsp corriander powder

* pinch of pepper powder 2 tsp red chilli powder

* pinch of garam masala (cardamon + cloves) - if you want more spicy add another pinch

* 3 tsp of ginger garlic paste

* curry leaves

* salt

* oil

 

Preparation :-

1)Clean mutton kheema,add 1/4 tsp turmeric,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,salt,1 tsp red chilli powder and marinate the kheema for half an hour.

2) Heat a pan ,add oil for frying.Once the pan gets heat add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.

3) Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric,curry leaves,chopped green chilli,chopped onion to the pan and fry till onions turn light brown.

4)Add 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste to the pan and fry until it leaves the raw smell.

5)Add chopped tomoto,marinated kheema,salt to the pan.

6)Add red chilli powder,corrainder powder,garam masala to the pan.Add a cup of water ,cover the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.

7)Stir for every 3-4 minutes, add some more water if required.

8)Turn off the heat and serve by garnishing.
