Thotakura pulusu andhra vantallo ekkuva marks kottese vantakam. Ee pulusu cheyatam lo konni paddatulu assalu marchanivvaru peddavallu, Taste maripotundi ani. Ala maa vaipu chese thota kura pulusu ni taste choobistunna ee roju. Meeru try chesi ela vundo cheppandi. 

 

Kavalasina Padardhalu :-

Thota Kura - Moodu Kattalu

Ullipayalu - 3 

Chintapandu Pulusu - Chinna Kappudu

Menthi podi - 1 Spoon 

Oil - 2 Spoons 

Aavalu - 1/2 Spoon 

Senaga pappu - 2 Spoons

Endu mirchi -  4

Pachhi mirchi - 5 

Kaaram - 1/2 Spoon 

Uppu - Taginantha 

Karivepaku - Taginantha 

Velluli Rebbalu - 10

Pasupu - Chitikadu 

 
Tayaree Vidhanam :-

Mundugaa ullipayalani sannaga podavuga tarugukovali. Thota kura ni sannaga tarigi iska raakunda rendu mudu sarlu kadi chillula pallem lo vesi vunchali. Banali lo oil vesi aavalu, senaga pappu, endu mirchi vesi veyinchali. Senaga pappu maree vegaka munde pachhi mirchi, karivepaaku vesi avi koncham vegagaane ullipayalu veyali. Ullipayalu koncham vegaka thota kura vesi mutha pettakunda veyinchali. Appude vellulli payalu kooda veyali. Thota kura koncham vegaka chintapandu pulusu, Uppu, Pasupu vesi  udikinchali. Oka 5 nimishalaki pulusu pachhi vasana pothundi , Appudu menthi podi, Kaaram vesi baga kalipi oka rendu nimishalu unchi dincheyali. Thota kura pulusu ready.

 
Tips :-

 Thota kura vandetappudu moota pedithe aaku ruchi maruthundi. anduke mundu koncham veyinchi, appudu chintapandu veyali.

Ee pulusu ki popu lo senaga pappu okkate vestharu. pulusu lo udikina pappu ruchiga vuntundi thintunte.alage vellulli rebbalu populo veyinchakunda ..pulusulo udikinchali.

Kavalante udikinchina kandi pappu oka chinna kappu tho ee pulusu lo kalapachhu.  chikkaga vastundi, ruchi perugutundi.
