KCR's appeal to Centre reflecting government's situation?

There is no need to explain about the ambitious plans of Telangana CM KCR. His plans to develop water grid, highways, skyways, high rise buildings, metro rail project, several welfare schemes costs the government more than one lakh crores, confirms his budget. So, one may not expect him ask the central government to grant Rs. 100 crores to provide drinking water to the state capital Hyderabad. During his recent visit to New Delhi, he met Union Minister for water resources Uma Bharati and requested her to grant Rs. 100 crores fund for this purpose.
His appeal seems to be acknowledging the opposition parties arguments of providing false estimations and figures in the state budget. If, he couldn’t allocate sufficient funds for providing drinking water to the capital city, then how can his government raise thousands or lakhs of crores to complete all his dream projects?
He appealed the union minister to accord national status to the Pranahita-Chevella project and to grant funds for the Devadula project and also to his pet scheme Mission Kakatiya that is linked with restoration of tanks. If seen how the Centre is responding to the AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and his government’s appeal for grant of funds and clearing the pending projects that were long ago promised to the state in the AP Reorganization Bill-2014, one can understand how it is going to react to CM KCR’s appeal, who loves to lock horns with the Central government also.
His government has completed six months but so far no major step was taken for the development of Telangana state, except announcing attractive policies. His appeal for Rs. 100 crore funds is reflecting the real situation of his government.
