TDP and BJP leaders are often criticizing each other for different reasons, despite being in alliance and partners in the state and central governments. Both parties are aware that they are dependent on each other for known reasons. But, their obligations won’t stop them from crossing swords with each other. It is not only straining their relations but is also providing chance for opposition parties to take advantage of their differences and gain some political mileage out of it. Hence, both parties are holding a coordination meeting on Saturday at Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s camp office in his presence to sort out their differences.
TDP Andhra Pradesh state President Kala Venkat Rao his counterpart of AP Kambampati Haribabu, TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh, BJP ministers in TDP government Dr. Kamineni Srinivas, Manikyala Rao, BJP leaders Somu Veerraju and few others of both parties will attend this coordination meeting today.
They will sort out their differences and try to find solutions for them. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu may ask the BJP leaders to stress their party high command for implementing the commitments made by it to the state. This meeting is very significant because it will decide the fate of TDP-BJP relations. If, this meeting serves its purpose, then the relations between both parties may strengthen again, otherwise both parties may adopt ideas to counter each other in the coming days.
