120K vehicles will be recalled by Nissan

DETROIT: Over 1, 20,000 vehicles are being recalled by Nissan as the brake fluid in these vehicles could leak and cause fire. The company said that, in some cases, the owners should park their vehicles outside until they were repaired. The recall includes Murano SUVs 15-16, intelligent cruise control equipped Maxima 16-17 and few cars from 15-16 Murano hybrids. On Friday, Nissan in the documents that were posted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that, seals on antilock brake pumps could leak fluid onto circuit board that could cause an electrical short and could lead to a fire. If the fluid leaks, the antilock brake warning light could stay on for more than 10 seconds after starting the vehicles.
