Hollywood super star Amitabh Bachchan might have denied of his involvement in the Panama papers scandal. But his name connected to the scam seems to be affecting the government’s decision to consider him as a brand ambassador for Incredible India. With this, Big B would be the second celebrity to be denied of a chance to represent India’s tourism. Earlier the tourism ministry has denied to extend its contract with Aamir Khan as an ambassador to Incredible India, after the star made controversial comments regarding the growth of intolerance in India.
After Aamir, Big B was considered to be the best face to represent Indian tourism. Some people like shatrughan sinha have even expressed their wish that Big B should be the next president of India. But as the panama papers emerged unveiling the illegal money dumped overseas by big shots of Indian economy, things seem to have turned topsy turvy for the star. Now the sources from the government has revealed that they are considering Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra for the cause.
