There is a gossip spread, if we cut the hair, it will grow faster. No never. And that was just a misinterpretation. Normally our hair grows about ¼ inch a month, if at all, you intake much protein nutrition, it grows ½ inch monthly. But cutting hair and it will grow fast is obviously a Myth.
Split-ends
Coming to the split ends, you really cannot repair them. Split ends usually occur for regular Blondie and who got used to driers. You never use a drier on wet hair. Especially the blow dryer. They produce excessive heat which results in dry and dull hair. The only thing you can do for split ends is, Grab your scissors and cut it off.
Baldness
Baldness is the most familiar problem these days. If it is hereditary, just hands up, you really cant do anything. Hair follows a cycle that takes about 8 years. It is just like a tree. First it will grow, rest for a few months, it will shed. The cycle can be effected with the reasons like, weight loss, iron deficiency, fever, and certain sorts of illness. So, it is quite common, to shed 10% of your hair. If you are facing a heavy weight loss, seek a doc urgently.
Grey hair
Grey hair, one of the problem, which make you to look oldie. If the pigment producing cells are gone, they are gone. They cannot be retained back. But you have a great option for Grey hairs. Just color it. And the other myth is, if you pull out one, three grows back. No they don’t. If that is true, everyone would be yanking their hair away.
Damn-druff
Dandruff is a devil for everyone these days. And the reason for it is a mystery even now. If you are using a normal shampoo, try using anti-dandruff. The cons of anti-dandruff shampoo is, they have harsh effect on hair fibers. So use anti-dandruff in the intermediary with your regular shampoo. Wash your hair using shampoo mixed with water, but not directly. Consult a medic for sure.
