Congress lost with bifurcation: Digvijay Singh

AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh addressing his party leaders at brain storming meeting of the party held at Vijayawada on Friday said “Our party has become a victim of bifurcation of the state, while TDP and YSR Congress parties that gave consent letters have conveniently escaped unhurt from its side effects. Our party has paid very dearly for it. However, we shouldn’t lose our confidence and courage. We should fight till we win.”
His statement is underlining a point that still the Congress leaders are not willing to admit that they have committed a grave mistake for their political interests. Instead, they are feeling betrayed. People of both states know that it is Congress party that plays political games with the regional parties.
Although, it was in power in the state and at the Centre, it doesn’t take any decision instead it pushes the regional parties to corner to win the elections battle. It neither cares for the people nor for the political parties of both states. It thought that it can very easily handle them all with its cheap political tricks. Even today, Congress leaders in both states are playing silly tricks to fool the people and to retain their lost glory.
The T-Congress leaders have suddenly wakes-up and kick-started a big fight against the Telangana state government after their leader Digvijay Singh brain washed them all. Andhra Congress leaders also came out of their shelves and launched ‘one-crore-signature program’ demanding the Centre to implement all the promises made by the UPA government. In fact, they are trying to remind and educate the people of Andhra about the promises made by their UPA government so as to convince them that they did nothing wrong to the state. They believe that it will help them to gain grounds in the AP state, but they are provoking the people to teach another good lesson to them in the future.
