Chandrababu speaking to media today sharply criticized Congress party for misusing the constitutional bodies of the state and country.

“Congress party is spearheading on bifurcation without following the constitutional procedures. Instead initiating the process from the state, it begins it from New Delhi. Even today, it has no clarity on how to complete the process, whether it is dealing with Article 371 (D) or sending Telangana bill to Assembly or conducting all-party-meeting. When we demands for an all-party- meeting with National parties, it summons the state political parties. Even then also instead of conducting a meeting together with all the parties, it interviews them.”

He said, “The Governor, who is a constitutional body of the state meets a political party president Sonia Gandhi and Digvijay Singh to brief them about the state situation. The CM, who is also part of the same structure opposes his own party decision, but let it complete the bifurcation process continues. He crosses swords with Speaker, who is also part of the constitutional body. We are surprised to hear about the controversy erupts on prorogue of Assembly. Even such a small issues turns major issues in Congress ruled governments. Each one in Congress party has his own versions and ideology on bifurcation of the state.
