Amit Shah supports Ramdev over beheading remarks

When Asaduddin Owais said something about Bharat Mata Ki Jai slogan, he should have known that the controversy it’s going to create... and he’s right! From politics to literature, everyone from every field seems to have shared their thoughts on the slogan, turning it into a snow ball. Now Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev too has joined the issue. Ramdev Baba has recently said that he would have beheaded lakhs of people who refuse to chant the slogan.
It’s only his respect for the constitution that has restrained him from the act. The words are indeed furious and spread like a wild fire. They have become headlines in global media. Politicians from every party took their turn in criticising the yoga guru. But BJP President Amit Shah appears to support Ramdev on the issue. “Baba Ramdev is not a member of the BJP. However, I want to know from those who talk of free speech, does it not apply to Baba Ramdev?” Shah asked back the reporters. What else can one say, if that’s termed as Freedom of Speech!
