In this article I would like to write a little bit about conscious connected breathing, the breathing technique which helped me to become what I am and as shared by some of my good friends in the previous articles. 

My experiments with breath started when I first had my rebirthing breathwork sessions. Generally we have only one to one breathwork sessions since the facilitator (rebirther) has to be completely present with the rebirthee (the one who is going through the sessions). Complete attention of the facilitator is needed. So I personally feel, we cannot get 100% result when taken in groups or by any other means. Rather taking a private                session is much more preferable.

The main aspects that has to be remembered and taken care of in a breathwork session are:

•Breathing has to be Conscious 
•Each inhalation and exhalation has to be Connected
•Breathing has to be Continuous and finally,
•Breathing has to be Rhythmic

One has to be very conscious while inhaling and exhaling. Conscious of each inhalation and each exhalation.

Now the very important aspect of rebirthing breath work, Connect each inhalation with the exhalation and each exhalation with the inhalation.

This conscious, complete and connected breathing has to be done continuously. Without stopping or giving pauses in between.

And finally, this continuous breathing has to be rhythmic.

So in a breathwork session the rebirther or the facilitator has to observe all these aspects. It's very important to find a good rebirther where ever you live. You can interview the rebirther and fix an appointment. It's very important to feel and be comfortable with the rebirther. My personal experience is, it's very important to share any physical ailments with the facilitator. And the happy news is that no relationship or emotional background needs to be really detailed to the facilitator. As one progresses through the sessions, there would a be lot of understanding of our own emotional state. We will be able to understand and come out of any kind of negative state that we are in. Just by breathing. That is the power of breath!

It's a very simple yet powerful technique. It is highly suggested to have five or ten such one to two hour sessions with a trained breathworker. A trained breathworker can help you do it the right way and make the process of healing very smooth and enjoyable. 

These sessions should not be started individually. So I strongly suggest you not to try it independently. Untill you find a suitable breathworker keep doing the exercises suggested in the previous articles.
