Breath- The Life Changing Mantra-10
Friends, that was my journey till 2010. There were more experiences, more lessons learnt, more friends, more Gurus in the next years. And I must confess, I am still learning! Breath is such a wonderful teacher, such a mystery, sometimes I feel just one life is never enough to understand about breath. And yet some times I feel, I am breath, I know everything, what's so new about it? So gradually, I learnt to give into that MOMENT.
In this and the following few articles, let us explore how rebirthing breathwork has worked for different people in different life situations. Before understanding what rebirthing breathwork exactly is, a few examples will help us guide through the process.
In my own case, I started rebirthing for a different purpose and could gain much more than what I wanted. There are so many changes in my life, it's very difficult to mention a few! My friends and family who have known me since long could see the change in me. In the process of healing we become what we are. May be I was acting all through these years, sometimes acting angry, sometimes soft, sometimes tensed, sometimes depressed, sometimes worried and so on. To explain why I say I was acting I will give a small example.
After my plus 2, I couldn't get a good rank in a competitive exam for my admission in a decent collage. So all sorts of negative emotions crowded upon me. All the drama began, crying and feeling low. After this drama I have the complete attention and concern of my family........ At that moment this is what I wanted and some thing which I could not give to my self. So to get the attention and concern I had to act.
Once I started to learn to give this attention and concern to myself, I don't have to act any more. I may take some time to get stock of the situation I would be in. Considering the above situation I might have thought, may be there is some thing better in store for me. Or think and discuss what went wrong. Or introspect on my hardwork. Or think on giving a second try.
I believe, once we are our true self, we don't have to go through any drama in life. What ever emotions or life situation our reactions would be natural. This belief gets stronger and stronger as we get connected with our own self with breath.
