Kesar Peda (Dushera special)





1 small tin Condensed milk

300g Milk Powder

150g Semolina

3 tbsp Ghee

2 tsp Cardamom Powder

50g Raisins

50g Cashew nuts

Yellow Edible food colour  



* Heat a thick bottom pan and add ghee to it. Add Milkmaid to it and cook for 3- 4 minutes. 

* Mix Semolina, milk powder, cardamom powder in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the mixture become thick paste. Add 2-3 drops of yellow coloring. 

* Take the mixture and keep aside until it is cools down. Now roll the mixture into balls. Press the middle of the ball using thumb and put the cashew nut and the raisin.
