Making of Delicious Chocolates
(Diwali Special)

 

 

Chocolate Fruit and Nut:


1) Melt chocolate using double boiler.
2) Fill up the chocolate mould and then empty it such that a shell is formed.
3) Once the shell is formed let it dry completely.
4) Fill up the shell with the desired fruits and nuts.
5) Now cover the shell completely with chocolate.. Scrape out excess if any..
6) Tap the mould nicely so that any air bubbles get bursted.
7) Let it dry in room temperature for 20-30 minutes or in the fridge for 5 mins..

 

Chocolate Crackle

 

1) Melt chocolate using double boiler.
2) In a bowl take little cornflakes and crush it.. mix it with a little melted chocolate and keep it aside.
3) Fill up the chocolate mould and then empty it such that a shell is formed.
4) Once the shell is formed let it dry completely.
5) Fill up the shell with the cornflakes mix.
6) Now cover the shell completely with chocolate.. Scrape out excess if any..
7) Tap the mould nicely so that any air bubbles get bursted.
8) Let it dry in room temperature for 20-30 minutes or in the fridge for 5 mins..

Praline chocolate (2nd method)

 

 

1) Take peanut chikki and grind it in the mixer.
2) Melt chocolate using a double boiler.
3) Take a deep mould and fill it half with the melted chocolate.
4) Once filled, take the praline mix and put little such that ¾ of the mould is covered.
5) Now, fill up the left over spaces in the mould with the melted chocolate .. scrape out excess if any..
6) Tap the mould nicely so that any air bubbles get bursted.
7) Let it dry in room temperature for 20-30 minutes or in the fridge for 5 mins..
