As we move from summer to fall, days become colder as well as shorter and the workout routine becomes difficult to follow. Three sports will help you go through this season and will make your workout plan easy to follow. The following are the sports that are to be included in your workout plan this season.
HOT YOGA
If you had hit the park in the summer season for yoga classes, then continue your yoga by staying indoors so as to keep yourself warm during the fall. Hot yoga class enables you to work out inside and the heated room can keep you away from cold. The key to make your workout effective is to stay hydrated during the session. According to Mandy Ingber who is Jennifier Anitson’s yoga instructor, hot yoga gives rise to a great cardiovascular workout which helps in increasing the rate of the heart.
SPINNING
Outdoor cycling is fun during the summer season, but it is not great for fall as you might get caught in rain during this season. If you love to include cycling in your workout plan during fall, opt for an indoor spinning class. You will not be able to explore outdoors but you can make new friends and stay motivated with the help of indoor spinning. Also sprint cycling techniques can burn up to 675 calories in half an hour. Spinning allows you to challenge your muscles in the legs as well as the bum and it helps in boosting the cardiovascular activities for fast results.
TRAIL RUNNING
Trail running is great for this season and is worth getting wet in the rain for, because summer is too hot to run. Train running is advantageous to health and is more challenging when compared to running on tread mill. For this workout you need to run outdoors without using any equipment. You can alternate between running and walking for one or two minutes before running continuously without stopping. Once you get used to it, you can increase the time limit based on your strength and fitness.
