Last minute Twist in T-Bill

Even while Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamalnath has announced that debate and passing of T-Bill will be done in Lok Sabha today, an unexpected twist takes place in the last minute with Minister Jairam Ramesh meeting with BNJP senior leaders. They made it clear that unless the Congress agrees and put its 33 proposals on the T-Bill in writing, BJP can’t support the bill in the Parliament. Jairam has to tried to convince them stating that Prime Minister will address their entire proposal in his speech in the Parliament, but they bluntly rejected his proposal.
They demand unless Congress put all their proposal in paper, BJP will not support the bill. It also categorically stated that Congress should not try to pass the bill with voice vote. Although, some of its proposals like quoting amounts for financial packages for Seemandhra are acceptable, some others need constitution amendments. So, suspense prevails on whether Congress will blindly go ahead with its plans or will wait until Prime Minister concludes his meeting with GoM members today evening at 4pm. We can know the Congress plans only after both houses of Parliament meets around 12 noon.
