T-Lawyers agitate for High Court!

The lawyers of Telangana state have staged a rally demanding a separate High Court for their state. They allege that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu are creating hurdles in this process. They ask why the High Court should function in a common building when both states were divided and having their own Assembly and Secretariats.
They demand the Centre to arrange a separate High Court for Telangana state immediately. They argue that appointment of new judges is possible only when the High Court is also separated, otherwise they are betrayed of their opportunities.
If it is about employment then their demand can be justified. But, they should remember that lawyers of Andhra Pradesh are also simultaneously betrayed of their job opportunities because of this obligation. AP government also do not any delay to take place in construction of main building complexes for Assembly, Secretariat, High Court, CM’s Camp office etc. in the core capital at Thullur within next one or two years. CM Chandrababu Naidu is planning to shift to temporary capital before end of June this year particularly to monitor the construction activities that may begin any time before end of this year. So, there is no meaning in blaming Chandrababu Naidu or Venkaiah Naidu on this issue.
