T-ACB and AP-CID serves notices to drivers

Once again, cash-for-vote case surfaced today with ACB officials serving notice to Nara Lokesh’s car driver Kondal Reddy today. They have served notice to him under Sec: 160. He was asked to attend before them on Thursday for questioning in this case. It is learnt that first they went to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu house to find him and when not found they went to TDP office and handed over notice to him.
While they serve notice to him, AP CID officials’ also reportedly serving notice to Driver and gunman of Telangana IT and Panchayati Raj minister K Taraka Rama Rao tonight in the same case. AP CID officials are serving notices to them based on the complaint lodged by J Mattaiah, who was accused No: 4 in this case. He complained that some TRS leaders have pressurized him to take the name of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu in this case. AP CID officials have traced that he received some phone calls from the Minister’s driver and gunman’s mobile phones. So, they are going to serve notices to them tonight based on their findings.
