Can the T-bill escape from resolution?

State Assembly was adjourned to Tuesday morning, as it couldn’t function due to havoc by the T-MLAs in the house against CM Kiran’s proposal for rejecting the T-bill. The scene is no different in legislative Counsel and probably they may not change even tomorrow or until the deadline of January 30th, because members from Telangana region may not let the T-bill face any rejection by the house that may reverse the bifurcation process.
If so, the T-bill is likely to be returned to President Pranab without any further debate. However, there are more than 9000 amendments proposed by members of the house against the T-bill may make President Pranab to insist the Centre for its explanations. If he simply sign and forward the T-bill to Centre, certainly it will be challenged in Supreme Court. So, he may not take a chance to be questioned by Supreme Court. If so, there may be some delay in presenting the T-bill in the Parliament.
