It seems Revanth Reddy issue may become a big test for the BJP and the NDA government. If seen its leaders differently reacting on this issue, it appears the BJP has not made up its mind on how to handle this very sensitive and complicated issue. Union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu and Bandaru Dattatreya both spoke discouraging the Chief Ministers of both states on this issue.

 

Minister Kamineni Srinivasa Rao, who represents the BJP in Chandrababu Naidu government backed him and strongly condemned the TRS government for playing over smart in this issue. But, the BJP general secretary Muralidhar Rao said that their NDA government will not save any culprit and doesn’t want to hide the facts in this case. He said the investigation and the case should be conducted fairly and transparently. He said Centre will interfere only if needed. He said that BJP encourages politics that have moral and ethical values.” So, it seems the ball may be now thrown into the Modi court and he has to resolve this problem.
