Just like in the co-operative society elections all the political parties setting aside their enmity have joined hands with each other in the Panchayat elections to ensure every party gets their due share. In Mehboob Nagar there are 117 Panchayats in Kondagal constituency and 21 Pnchayats in Kalvakurti constituency, where the Congress and YSRCP have jointly stalled common candidates.
While, YSRCP is supporting the Congress candidates in several Panchayats in Nalgonda district, it is vice versa in Ananthapur district. The same way YSRCP is supporting TDP candidates in some Panchayats in Nalgonda, Visakha, Guntur districts. TDP and TRS also extending support to each other in many places in Medak, Mehboob Nagar to defeat Congress and YSR Congress party candidates. All these parties’ forms different combinations depending upon the local situation and party strengths. If, TRS is strong and TDP stalls its candidates, then YSRCP will support TRS to defeat the TDP candidate.
In some places, TRS, TDP, YSRCP joins hands to defeat the Congress candidate. So, their ultimate goal is to ensure get their due share. The hatred between the parties and the principles don’t come in their way from joining hands with each other.
