FIR against MS Dhoni's wife in fraud case

The FIR has been filed by Denis Arora against MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi Dhoni and three others under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 420 in a fraud case. Sakshi Dhoni was the director of Rhiti MSD Alamode Pvt. Ltd, which has stocks in a gym and fitness centre called Sportsfit World. The complaint has been filed by one Dennis Arora of Gurgaon, whose father Vikas had a 39 percent stake in the gym. This stake was sold to the directors Rhiti MSD Alamode and was worth Rs 11 crore. Arun Pandey, one of the directors of Rhiti MSD Almode Private Limited, however, said that they had paid more than the shares Vikas Arora had transferred. Pandey added that Sakshi had left the company almost a year ago and the case could not be registered against her. Moreover, as the case is pending for arbitration after the Delhi High Court’s order, no FIR should have been registered.
