While, TDP President Chandrababu Naidu is struggling to revamp the party position with his 7 month long padayatra, seniors’ leaders of the party are destabilizing the party by indulging in fights with their colleagues in the party. Surprisingly, it happens during a meeting intended to revamp the party position in Telangana region.
The T-TDP forum meeting held at party head office on Friday to review the party position in the T-region has lead to a bitter battle between senior leaders Motkupalli Narasimhulu and Kadiyam Sri Hari instead of solving its purpose. Kadiyam has openly stated that the party position in the region is indeed in very bad shape even after party gave consent note on Telangana. It is because due to lack of interest of some leaders, who returns to party fold. It is meant for Motkupalli Narasimhulu.
Obviously Narasimhulu fumes and gave a fitting reply to him. He said those who are not sure about their continuing in party are also criticizing the loyal of the party.
Then it is Kadiyam’s turn to respond. Addressing the party workers in the party office at Hanmakonda in Warangal district on Sunday, he said “I am surprised to see the news reports stating that I have criticized the party leaders in the meeting, where as actually, I have underlining the weak-points made some constructive suggestions to revamp the party in the region. Party workers and the people of the region are very well knew who ‘that termite’ is weakening the party structure in the region.”
Nevertheless, there will be a reaction from other side without any delay, but it is surprising to watch them both cross swords while discussing on how to revamp the party position in T-region. It seems party president’s absence at head office is providing enough scope to the in-fights between its leaders.
