Former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana, who was arrested in Jagan Mohan Reddy’s disproportionate assets cases one year ago, is quite frustrated to see the party turning blind eye on him. Hence, his brother Mopidevi Harinatha babu and their followers are planning to bid good bye to Congress and ready to join YSR Congress party. However, it is surprising to see them preparing to join YSR Congress party, while Mopidevi was jailed because of Jagan Mohan Reddy cases.

Former minister Dharmana Prasada rao, who still averts his arrest has met state political affairs in-charge Digvijay Singh at Vizag and seeks party support to bail himself out come from the cases. Although, Digvijay has not made any promise, he told him that he will convey his appeal to party high command. Dharmana is still playing a safe game to avert arrest, where as Mopidevi simply walked into jail hoping that party will stand by him and bail him out from the cases within days of his arrest. Hence, the frustrated leader seems wants to teach a lesson to party by joining hands with rival party. However, Mopidevi's decission to join YSR Congress party may not help him bail out of the jail instead may  further worsen his situation.
