KTR files cases against ABN and MD

Sirisilla TRS MLA K. Taraka Rama rao has filed a petition against leading Telugu news channel ABN, leading Telugu daily Andhra Jyothy, Amodha Publications(A1), its MD Vemuri Radha Krishna(A2), printer and publisher Koganti Venkata Seshagiri rao(A3) and editor K.Srinivas (A4) in 3rd metropolitan court, Nampalli, Hyderabad on Monday.
In his petition, KTR complains that the media owned by Vemuri Radha Krishna has published false stories projecting him in negative shade, stating that he involved in land settlements and kidnaps cases, which are tarnishing his image. Hence, he appealed the court to order the police to inquire into the case and take action against Vemuri Radha Krishna and all others for publishing baseless false stories against him. The court has adjourned the case to Tuesday.
In his petition, KTR describes himself as a highly educated youth, who served in reputed organizations but came into agitations sacrificing his well to do jobs for the sake of Telangana agitations.However, it is interesting to know that, when KTR has warned of filing cases against the above, they have welcomed him to do so immediately without any delay as they have strong evidences to prove that he is guilty.
