Gargling is the best way out, In a 1/2 cup of warm water add 1/8 teaspoon of pepper or 1 teaspoon of salt, it can be used to gargle every other hour
Make a strong brew with freshly grated ginger about 3 teaspoons for about 5 minutes in a cup of boiling water and add a spoonful of honey and sip!
Slowly chewing on cloves can also give a huge relief
