Ganta want to be first to shift to Vijayawada

During the recent cabinet meeting held by CM Chandrababu Naidu, a three member committee comprising Principal Secretaries of Finance, Transport and Municipal has been formed to study the scope for shifting of Head of the Departments from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. The committee was given 15 days’ time to submit its report. However, Minister Ganta Srinivasa rao wants to be first to move into Vijayawada. He said all the state-level offices of education department will be shifted to Vijayawada very soon.
For this purpose, he personally inspects some buildings of Andhra Loyola College, SRR and CVR Government College at Machavaram on Sunday accompanied by his department officials. On this occasion, speaking to media he said “I want to move into Vijayawada as soon as possible to ensure smooth administration of the departments in my ministry. Although, some delay takes place, notification for teacher’s recruitment will be issued very shortly and this recruitment drive will be held every year from next year onwards.”
