Digvijay Singh meeting with Jaipal Reddy

The state political affairs in-charge Digvijay Singh has met Union Minister S.Jaipal Reddy on Monday. Their meeting is considered to be very significant as Mr.Reddy is known to be the ‘back seat driver’ of Telangana issue. In wake of Congress promise to resolve the Telangana issue after working committee meeting, Digvijay Singh met Mr.Reddy and briefed him about the minutes of the core committee meeting and said to be taken his suggestions for the CWC meeting in this regard. Although, Mr.Reddy is supporting the T-Congress leaders, it is learnt that, he has assured Digvijay that he will abide by the party decision come whatever it may be.
Mr.Reddy, who have in-depth knowledge of Telangana issues, would have been invited to the core committee meeting, certainly he would have helped the party in resolving the Telangana issue. But, Congress has simply ignored him but is now consulting him for suggestions on the Telangana issue.
