Are the 5 BJP MLAs chosen NOTA option intentionally?

BJP Telangana state president Kishan Reddy has been elected as an MLA for the 3rd time and has a vast political experience. So, one can’t believe that he has no idea about NOTA option in the ballot paper. But, he is saying that he and four MLAs of his party have chosen NOTA option as they have mistaken about its purpose. Hence, though they all gave their first priority votes to their alliance partner TDP, their votes were declared invalid for choosing NOTA option. They seem to be intentionally reversed their votes by choosing NOTA option.
Perhaps, Revanth Reddy’s episode may make them to choose this NOTA option or Kishan Reddy’s lack of interest to have alliance with the TDP from the very begining. He said that he will report this matter to his high command. It is indicating that they have chosen NOTA option intentionally.
