CBN announces the boundaries of AP new Capital

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu announced the boundary lines of the proposed new capital city today. The boundaries are: 10 km area from Guntur auto Nagar along Prakasham barrage on east side. Boruvani Palem to Prakasham Barrage on west side. 16 km area from auto Nagar up to 75 km ring road on south.
He asked the farmers not to lend their ears to opposition parties’ suggestions. He promised them that he will take care of their present and future also. He said there was a time when farmer’s children used to go abroad for higher studies and big jobs. But, now the world is coming to their own place and will provide lots of opportunities.
"I termed it as 'Praja Rajadhani' because it will be built by the people and for the people. Once, the capital construction is completed, every person in the state will feel proud for his contribution in it. All the people will be prod to relate themselves with it," said Chandrababu Niadu.
Criticizing the opposition parties for creating hurdles in the land acquisition process, "Opposition parties appears to be not interested to let the government build the capital for the state. It is quite unfortunate to see them provoking the farmers against the government on this issue. They should remember that people of the state are watching them. Instead of prvoking the farmers, if they come to us with constructive suggestions, I will welcome them and people also will appreciate them. I once again request the opposition parties to co-operate with the state government for building a world class capital city for the state.
