Centre helped AP a lot: Venkaiah Naidu

NEW DELHI: On Wednesday, the central government announced a special package to Andhra Pradesh in order to recompense the loss that has been caused due to the bifurcation of the state. On Saturday, AP’s BJP delegation called on Narendra Modi, the prime minister to thank him for the announcement that has been made by the Centre on Wednesday. Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu told the reporters at Hyderabad that, the government had clearly stated that financial devolution to any state was not possible. The Central Government had decided to give more money than the money from financial devolution. The central government had helped AP a lot. The government was ready to discuss anything based on facts and figures.
