Sushma reunites Russian lady with her Indian family!

In yet another story of a family reuniting, Sushma Swaraj played a very crucial role. Olga Efimenkova who is from Russia was forced to move out of her marital home in Agra,Uttar Pradesh. Her protests at the home of her in laws not being answered and the police not coming to her rescue she resorted to her last option which was asking External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj for some intervention and help. Sushma Swaraj then tweeted to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav requesting him to help the Russian national who was thrown out of the house by her mother-in-law, the distressed woman was finally reunited with her family.
Within hours action was taken and the lady and her daughter were reunited with the family. She said, "I want to thank Sushma Swaraj ji for taking prompt action. Sushma ji through her tweet directed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to help us. I want to thank both of them. An FIR has been lodged, finally", she added, "My mother-in-law keeps on asking for money, says that I'm from poor family and didn't bring anything along". Efimenkova married Vikrant Singh Chandel in 2011 has been sitting outside her in-laws house on a hunger strike, claiming that she, her husband and daughter have been barred from entering the house and that they were demanding dowry from her.
