The trial of David Headley

David Headley, one of the prime accused in the Mumbai terror attacks is appearing before the court today.
- The Mumbai terror attack which has led 166 people dead and many others injured, was thought to be conspired by Headley.
- Headley has however turned to be the approver and was keen to reveal every fact about the Mumbai attacks.
- Headley has already revealed that he was working for the Pak based terrorist organisation `lashkar e taiba’.
- Headley was a US national and is already serving a rigorous imprisonment in US for his role in Mumbai attacks.
- Now, as the Mumbai high court too expressed its wish to summon him... Headley was being presented in the court through a video conference.
- The question now arises is whether the US would hand over Headley, if the Indian Judiciary system finds him to be the culprit.
- The decision of US government whether to submit Headley to India or not would certainly affect the relation between the countries!
