The next AP Assembly sessions are likely to be conducted at Nagarjuna University in Guntur. Speaker Kodela Shivaprasada rao accompanied by Assembly staff and some others will visit the University on Monday. Government is planning to conduct the Assembly sessions in the last week of this month or in the December first week. These sessions may continue for six to ten days only.

 

Last time, the main opposition party in the house YSR Congress party, has tried to corner the ruling party on its budget and the law and order situation in the state. This time it take-up land acquisition and the crop loans waiver issues to cross swords with the state government in these sessions.
