Ingredients :
Brinjal
Onions
Green chillies
Garam Masala
Chilli powder
Salt
Poppy Seeds
Mint leaves
Tamarind
Turmeric powder
Ground Nuts
Coriander leaves
Chopped coconut
Ginger & garlic
Curry leaves
Method :
Cut the brinjals as shown in the video, and keep it a side.
Take a vessel and put oil in that and let it heat. Then put those brinjals in to heat oil and fry till it turns brown.
Take 1another vessel put oil, onion and green chilies and let it fry till it turns brown.
And now take fried onions, green chillies chopped coconut, ginger & garlic, soaked tamarind, chilli powder, salt, and gasala and grind it.
Now In a vessel put oil and let it heat then put garam masala, curry leaves, turmeric powder, and grinded paste and cook it well for 2 to 3 minutes, and add the fried brinjals in to that gravy.
And garnish with coriander leaves. Goes well with rice and chapatti.
