Bubbly Punjabi beauty Charmi's forthcoming Telugu movie "Mangala" is scheduled for release on 2 March on occasion of Maha Shivarathri festival. The film is being planned for release with 200 prints so as to cover all the important centers. The movie is produced and directed by Osho Tulasiram under CNR Creations and Mantra Entertainments banners.
Speaking about "Mangala", Charmi says "Ever since its trailers are released, we are receiving good reports from all quarters. The response is quite encouraging and makes me very happy. I did this film only for the sake of Osho Tulasiram. While "Mantra" was a thriller, "Mangala" is a horror film. 'Ice Ice' song from this movie is getting very good response and would certainly be one of the popular songs this year. I was so scared while doing this film that I couldn't sleep for days together." Perhaps that's the reason behind "Mangala" being released on Maha Shivarathri, as most of the people observe 'Jagaranam' (sleepless night-out) on that day!
