High Court grants an interim bail to Jani Master

Jani Master, famous choreographer in Indian Cinema, majorly based in Telugu and Tamil Cinema, is arrested by police in sexual harassment case. He applied for an interim bail to High Court for attending National Awards event from October 6th to October 10th. The High Court after regarding his plea, granted him an interim bail with conditions. 

High Court asked him to pay Rs.2 Lakhs, twice, as personal guarantees. The Court also put forth a condition that he should appear in court on 10th October by 10:00 AM without fail. They also laid rules like he shouldn't interact with media or involve in any sort of public interaction regarding the case. The Court has asked him to not apply for another interim bail in the meantime. 

For his work in Thiruchitrambalam movie, the choreographer won National Award and he is expected to receive it in person in New Delhi. Currently, the choreographer is facing strong allegations from his former assistant stating that he repeatedly harassed her sexually and threatened her to never speak about the issue in open. She even stated that he tried to use his status and power to not let her grow in her career as an independent choreographer.
