Allu Arjun and Atlee are coming together for a movie. Most reports from National Media are confirming about this project while Salman Khan and Atlee movie is set to be halted. Now, the new reports from Tamil media state that Sun Pictures have backed out of the project as the budget is more than Rs.600 crores. 

They did not want to spend so much on the movie and has a huge Tamil star like Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan did not show immediate interest in the film, they are not ready to take such a huge gamble, it seems. As they have backed out, Allu Arjun has asked Atlee to go to Dil Raju, it seems. 

As Allu Arjun's immediate film after a huge success like Pushpa 2 The Rule will have great demand in trade circles, Allu Arjun feels it would help Dil Raju to recover from the losses, he faced with his recent releases like Game Changer, The Family Star and few others. 

But the big producer is not ready to take huge risk again with such big budget and he is asking for the director Atlee, to re-work on the budget and script for limiting budget even further. He also is in talks about the final remunerations and their payment schedule say these reports. 

For now though, none of these reports are confirmed by sources from Dil Raju circles or Allu Arjun close circles. He did convey to Trivikram Srinivas about his current thought process and asked him to keep working on the script and wait till the talks come to a conclusion. Let's wait and see when we will get a final clarity about Allu Arjun's next film.
