Nuvva Nena review - Nuvva Nena movie review - Nuvva Nena Telugu movie review - Nuvva Nena Telugu Movie:

Nuvva Nena Story: A timid guy Anand (Sharwanand) and a thief Avinash (Allari Naresh) fall in love with a doctor Nandini (Shriya). They try to impress and propose her in their own way by fighting with each other. A local goon Aaku Bhai (Brahmanandam) too joins the bandwagon and tries to woo Nandini. One day, Nandini calls Anand and Avinash to come down to register office and gives them a surprise. What's that surprise? And Whom will Nandini marry in the end forms the rest of the story.

Analysis :

The movie starts in a village on a casual note with Allari Naresh making his entry as a thief and slowly moves to city. The first half of the film is laced with few good scenes which make you laugh for a while but slowly loses the momentum. Debutant director Narayana is clueless on how to carry the movie in the middle and fails to execute the script. The second half starts on a promising note with some hilarious scenes and racy songs. The parody scene from 'Ghajini' between Brahmanandam and Shriya, Kovai Sarala and Brahmanandam from 'Robo' are refreshing  and evokes laughter.

'Nuvva Nena' movie lags a bit in screenplay and the director should have done some home work to make it gripping. Narayana makes a reasonably good debut as a director although he has chosen a routine storyline. He has succeeded in presenting it to the audience a story that is laced with entertainment and commercial elements.

TeluguOne Perspective :

After super hit 'Gamyam', the combination of Allari Naresh and Sharwanand have once again come up with a commercial storyline which is a copy paste of Bollywood movie 'Deewana Mastana'.  This film will cater to the people who loves to see Allari Naresh's mark entertainment and Sharwanand's performance.  It seems, Allari Naresh have realized the fact of having a good audio in his movies and couple of songs are good in this movie. After long hiatus, Shriya has bagged a decent role and is looking gorgeous. Music director Bheems needs special accolades for his catchy tunes. The songs 'Polavaram' and 'Sarra' are peppy and are shot well. At times, the film loses its pace and escalates with a twist but the credit has to go to the director Narayana for balancing the narration.

Brahmanandam and Kovai Sarala episodes is one of the highlights of the film. After many days, Brahmanandam will be seen in an exhilarating role. Ali is adequate as Chanti and played Allari Naresh's friend role. The film fails to live up to the expectations of the audience and ends on an average note. With a routine storyline which offers entertainment in parts the movie is expected to do well in B and C centers. Overall, Nuvva Nena is a decent attempt from a new comer P Narayana.

Performances:  Allari Naresh's characterization is somewhat similar to his earlier outings like 'Gamyam' and 'Betting Bangarraju'. And The actor is impressive and has done justice to it. Naresh improved a lot in dances and his costumes are also good. Sharwanand dons a different role and showed versatility in performance. Shriya is gorgeous and has played her part well. Brahmanandam once again enthralls the audience with his trademark style. Ali is good and Kovai Sarala is OK. Vimala Raman is stunning in an item number and Raja made a special appearance.

Technicalities: Debutant Narayana has come up with a commercial subject which connects with the audience well. Music director Bheems makes a good debut with Nuvva Nena, but the background score by Mani Sharma was ordinary. Production values of SVK Cinema are grand.

Plus Points:
Allari Naresh and Sharwanand Performance
Ali and Brahmanandam Comedy

Minus Points:

Lift of Deewana Mastana

Final Word: Nuvva Nena Movie Review:  Nuvva Nena movie is a one time watch film for all those who relish comedy. Watch out for Allari Naresh and Brahmanandam's performances.
