Analysis :
Thiruveer and Teena Sharya are good in their performances. Mainly, their silent chemistry is engaging to look. Narendra Ravi and Yamini Nageswar are surprise package in the film. Narendra, especially, is good in bringing typical villager from godavari districts energy to the screen. His innocence and sincerity are engaging to watch. Rohan is also good in bringing few laughs.
The writing in the movie tough is uneven and tends to go through highs and lows too much. While few moments click big time, some tend to drag a little too much. The movie entertains in the first hour with the typical characters and their behaviours. The set-up is well executed too. It makes us feel like we are watching a simple, fun entertainer.
But the second half tends to drag the point, a little too much and feels slightly exhausting. Still, the heartful ending moments and overall innocence of characters make it watchable. While the music is not so memorable, it doesn't hurt while hearing too. Production values are decent and apt for the story. Technically, movie doesn't aim too high while sound design, usage of sound could have been much better.
Overall, this movie is not something that tries to oversell the point and it also doesn't fully utilise its potential. With certain flaws in writing, it does struggle but it delivers on comical front and becomes a watchable film.
TeluguOne Perspective :
An enjoyable film with certain flaws in narrative.
