Universal Hero Kamal Haasan is one of the greatest actors of all time in India and his elder daughter Shruti Haasan is currently one of the top actresses in South. However, Kamal’s younger daughter and Shruti’s darling sister Akshara Haasan has been tagged as an iron leg.

Akshara Haasan made grand debut as heroine with Shamitabh where she got to work with great actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush and talented director like R Balki. However, this movie went on to become a disaster.

Then, Akshara signed a Hindi film which was shelved for unknown reasons. Right now, Akshara is doing a film with Thala Ajith where she is playing an important role.

With suggestion from dad Kamal, Akshara joined as an assistant director for Shabhash Naidu which is put on hold for long time owing to injury for Kamal. The film is likely to be resumed soon, but Akshara is already called as ‘iron leg’, since projects she is associated with are either shelved or delayed.
