TSR Kala Parishath to Felicitate ANR

TSR Lalitha Kala Parishath is gearing up to felicitate legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) on April 9 at Shilpa Kalavedika, Hyderabad to mark the occasion of the actor's successful completion of 75 years in Telugu Film Industry. Reportedly, the who's who of Tollywood will participate in the event with honorable Chief Minister of the state Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy as the chief guest of the event. The legendary actor has acted in over 250 films in Telugu and Tamil languages.
ANR is the recipient of Padma Vibhushan and Dada Saheb Phalke Award, the highest award for films in India. Earlier, AP Film Chamber of Commerce (APFCC), the Movie Artistes Association (MAA) and the Producers Council decided to honor the yesteryear actor on the receipt of Padma Vibushan award, but due to some undisclosed reasons the event came to a grinding halt.
