Allu Arjun has been released early in the morning on 14th December. He has been arrested on 13th December, early in the morning and been sent to Chenchalguda Jail after Nampally Court sent him for 14-day custody. Immediately, he got interim bail in High Court but the police did not release him till next morning. 

The actor has been released early in the morning after being asked to stay in Class-1 Barrack, from the Jail. He reached to his Geeta Arts office first and then reached his residence. His aunt Surekha, wife, brother and kids all welcomed him emotionally, back home. 

Talking to press about his arrest, he said, "We are extremely sorry to the effected family and I will personally take care of the family. I thank everyone who supported me and media for their extended coverage. I cannot talk about the issue before press as it is in court, now." 

He reiterated that he has been going to Sandhya theatre for past 20 years to watch his films and even his uncle films but never such an incident happened. He stated that he will speak about it in court but he is sorry for the unfortunate incident. 

Allu Arjun has been arrested as when the actor went to watch premiere of his mega blockbuster Pushpa 2 The Rule premiere at Sandhya 70 MM theatre, a stampede occured. A woman Renuka lost her life and her kids are being nursed in hospital. So, government wanted to give a strong message with this arrest, feels observers.
